Anyone know where I can get Redline Tweak?

I have a Sapphire Radeon 9700 Pro (Atlantis). I am looking for the Redline Tweak utility. Sapphire has been of no help on this, and every other site doesn't have it.

Little help?

Most people I know with Saphire cards have got a copy just by emailing tech support.
