Anyone else had probelms with Hotmail and Win XP

Is it just me or does anyone else have this problem? When I open my hotmail account IE seems to stall for about 60 seconds, then if I open a mail or something iin Hotmail the same thing happens! No other sites happen like this and I've set all my advanced settings back to 'default' in IE.
