I watched it. It was ok.

Not as good as i thought it was gonna be.

I liked my Phx area lights part hehee.

So did you get to see the lights when they happened?

Was the footage shown on the ABC program just flares being dropped from right to left on the screen from an aircraft? Was there an additional object or two that actually flew over that didn't get recorded?

What did you see?

No i didnt see the craft but if they were flares WHY do they not drop in decent, from gravty ? hmmm... Smile

They had those "high drag" chutes on them that work really well. They were ever so slowing descending. If they would have shown the rest of the video; the short clip they showed made the lights look like they weren't descending.

I was pretty surprised to see Peter Jennings as the host... even more than Bryan Gumble hosting for SciFi Channel specials on the subject. Interesting that these well known Main Stream News persons are doing these shows.
