17"

Do anyone know is there a 17" monitor can reach 1280 x 1024 @ 85 Hertz.

I don't want to get big monitor cause i need to set higher resolution for my game to look batter, high resolution require a lot of Video card power. Also some game that does not allow to make adjestment of resolution will look even worse.

hello.. there are alot of monitor that will go up to 1600x1200 res.
i would suggest buying a crt since you are going to use it for gaming.
i have a sony trinitron that hits 1600 x x1200 @85hertz.
you dont have to buy a sony as they are pretty expensive butbuy one that uses the trinitron or mitsubishi technology cause their really good.
try nec or viewsonic. hope this helps.

It depends on the quality of the monitor. For example some of the cheap monitors can't get to higher res's and high refresh rates compared to more expensive ones such as Iiyama.

LG 795FT

LG 795FT is a 17" that goes to 85Hz at 1280*1024. Gives 75 at 1600*1200
Very good monitor.
And I have never seen buttons like the ones on this model !
