The link to the Gateway site is dead the last time I checked and people that tried to order the card are now being told it was a typo. They don't have any in stock.

Also, if you check nvnews, a guy there picked up his 6800Ultra today. He works at computer store and they got two in yesterday so he bought one. Of course, it was expensive though.

#1 I would never support Gateway Computers.

#2 They did that to get some traffic to there web site.

#3 When will that company Get the F Out of the Computer biz.

I submitted this almost 24 hours ago, the link WAS active back then and from reports of people talking to Gateway they DID actually have some physically in stock...but only 11 or 31. (I space which)

The lucky first few who got their orders in WILL receive their cards on Monday next, and Gateway got swamped with over 400 orders is why they pulled the page down.

Hope that helps y'all some. ;)

I'm about to buy this very card to my brother on his 30'th birthday in two weeks, but it seems I can't get hold of an xt card as of yet in Sweden...... Anyone knows when those babies will be available in Sweden?

Well, a guy that ordered his yesterday was told today that it was typo and that they didn't have any in stock. Hopefully the person he talked to was wrong though b/c I know some people that had preorders for the XT at other sites canceled them to jump on this deal.

Your best bet is to order one from ATI web site.

#1 you wont get F__ked around

#2 its made by ati,so you know it wont have cheap leaky capacitors and it's made to speck.

#3 it will get sent to u as soon as they have em in stock.

your best deal will be to wait till they are generally availible - prices drop all the time, even though the card isnt really out yet- which means you'll get fucked over if you preorder.
