The worlds first fanless Athlon 64 CPU will be announced on Cebit this year, but Teschke.de / Warp2Search managed it to show it first.

Did you look at the size of the heatsink on the thing? We've had fanless systems for quite some time. Of course, the idea would be a CPU that operates on a small passive system, i.e. similar to older video cards or old computer days  |
