What possible reason do you have for making such an accusation?
The method I used to extract the information is simple. Immediately after the initial install open services.msc, change the view to just the service name and startup type, then export as a .csv file.
I made the list for myself as I do not trust getting it from any other source and Microsoft hasn't updated their pages on any Services or changes to Services for SP2. I thought others might find it useful.
My site is just a hobby and nothing more. It is there to help people. I completely fail to understand why you need to attack it or me personally.
Black Viper's guide is considered by many to be THE source of information on XP Services. He deserves that recognition. However I found myself having a slightly different take on what to tweak and stopped using his guide for myself.

TweakHound
I made a hasty assumption and I publicly apologise.
It was an uncalled for attack on your good work. Again my apologies.
