what do you wish for as new features in Service Pack 3 for Windows XP ?

i know its not official.. but they should remove a lot of the crap the added in sp2 .. e.g. having to have auto updates service on and automatic all the time....

Yup - not official. Maybe he plans on sending it in or something when it hits a certain number of posts.
Other than making updates to IE to make it a little more secure (and adding tabs like Firefox might be nice), I don't really think there are any "features" the OS really needs that aren't already available for free elsewhere or planned for Longhorn and are too big of a project to simply add to XP.

IE seems to be the only really gaping hole IMO, although it might be nice to have refresh rate override built in so that ATI, Nvidia, etc. don't have to have their own means.
