The final version of Windows Media Player 10 (Build 3646) is released at: www.microsoft.com
It's a multilanguage version.

If it is multilingual, why does it not show up for me. I use Dutch version of Windows XP and it does not show up in Dutch or English on the website or downloads page.

Seems slightly more cleaned up than the public beta, but more or less the same. Of note you can rip MP3's sans any of those add-on packs.

One thing I'm getting that seems to be an issue for lots of people is that there seems to be a missing picture for the online stores tab. I just have a big red 'X' there.

Well easier sayd then done, ecause I have no version 10 to select. Probably because bloody IE keeps reverting to Dutch.

Temporary fix - change the default online store from the MSN store to one of the other ones like Napster or MusicMatch.

Wow, to my amazement, the 10 install actually updates the REAL l3codecp.acm file! It's version 3.3.0.44, really named with p instead of a, and supports full mp3 encoding rates.
