Why Windows Is Safe For The Forseeable Future - Perhaps

RipNet-UK has a new article on line examining the relative merits of Windows and Linux as a desktop operating system. It's an interesting piece and will no doubt generate some widely differing opinions! Here's a snip.

Whether you use Windows, Linux, or indeed another operating system I think you will find this article interesting. It was written by Justin Coquillon, the newest recruit to the RipNet-UK team, and represents his views on what is wrong with Linux as a desktop OS.

His views are not exactly in line with my own, and so, with his agreement, I have added my own comments in italics at various points throughout the article. As ever I'd be very interested to hear your views on this subject too. Please post them in our forums so that we can all join in the debate! But for now, just enjoy the article...
