The U.S Army has setup a special studio that will have video games in to to help train soldiers for the battle field. The Army has been in the gaming industry since 2002 when they released their first game, America's Army.
America's Army (AA) is a free game that can be downloaded or you can pick up a CD of the game at your local recruiting office. AA is essentially an interactive Army recruitment program, which was made to entice individuals to signup for the Army.
The Army game division recently put on a demonstration of how a game can be used to train soldiers. They showed one game demo where soldiers were at a check point in Baghdad and how a soldier should react to different scenarios. There was several people in the game, driving cars, walking the streets, and also a Trainer that was off to the side watching his soldier react to the different scenarios.
