There's a new version of Roxio Easy CD Creator Basic out which updates the basic version of Easy CD Creator version 5.x to version 5.3.0.114 and updates Direct CD to version 5.3.0.105. It also adds support for DVD+RW drives but this update is from Compaq and not directly from Roxio.
