PC World have thrown up their Pre-Order page for Windows Vista! Vista Home Basic is £154.99 inc VAT and the top of the line Vista Ultimate £325.00 inc VAT! Think I''ll be sticking with XP for a while?

so about 500€ ANYBODY WHO GOT THING CALLED COMMON SENSE WILL NOT BUY THAT. THAT 3D DESKTOP COMES VERY HEFTY PRIZE TAG. So i will stick to XP or switch linux and play with x360. |

Yup its hefty. The Ultimate edition at todays rates would cost $610USD Thats over $200 more than the US price. I know there are other factors involved including monetary value etc but IMHO that is one helluva difference, and again shows how much we are getting shafted over here in gud'ol blighty. |
