Thanks to Tim at MajarGeeks.com for the heads up!!

Freeware TCP Optimizer is a program for tweaking broadband-related Registry settings. Optimize Dialup, DSL and Cable all from one simple to use interface. (It has the option to return your Registry to its default untweaked state as well) It also includes built in MaxMTU and Latency(Ping) detection utilities.

Its an old compiled version wich is not suittable
to the current SP2 RTM ,
I advice not to use it becauseInternet surfin
is slower with this package installed.

STFU you stupid noob.

This is program just changes some registry key/values.

It's official (the speedguide site says it's 1.0 but when you download it, it's actually 1.01)

And if your intenret is slower than you don't know how to use this tool.

tweaking your tcp settings is pointless unless you have a high latency, high bandwith link - which i suspect none of you do.

If you really want to tweak, use Cablenut. It's better.
