This driver is created by ATI and modified by TechConnect Magazine, we designed this driver to provide the maximum performance and Quality. This one is based on Catalyst 4.12 WHQL and we removed the Catalyst Control Center. Some of the features it includes are: Added Softmods, Two OpenGL drivers, ATITool and OpenGL Switcher.
