Over 500 students from 225 colleges and universities entered Motorola's competition to blend content and communications. The grand prize was awarded to John Finan of Duke University for his "Mood Phone" concept: a communication tool that enables users to sense other people's moods through their voice through the use of colors. for those struggling with Asberger's Syndrome, a mild form of autism.
