Pininfarina my friends, is the the company responsible for designing some of the coolest rides like Ferraris on the face of this planet. So once I was on the Spire website to have a peek at a PSU where should be testing for them I noticed that they were about to release another product... a PC chassis and it's designed by Pininfarina. So I shouted out; "YES!".
It is true .. they designed a chassis for Spire called the mid-sized casing Pininfarina SP-ATX-PALU/U and O gosh .. is it beatiful. So once a case is designed by Pininfarina, can it really go wrong ? Let's find out and give this chassis a good test-drive.

pininfarina is always a bit overrated not that this design isn't pretty good, it's at least better then say 90% of the rest but for people a bit in the know, pininfarina is no different then any of the other good (and maybe less known) design buros for instance, the latest dell xps 700 series(silver) forward leaning design, could easily have been from pininfarina as well, but it wasn't pininfarina just happens to advertise their name more then the others not every italian design is the best there is and maybe interesting to know, the name of an italian design buro is no guaranty the design comes from italian hands for instance, not every italian car is designed by italian hands, even when it comes from pininfarina large design buros are above all very good in attracting the right people to work for them that's just how the business works |
