The choices of motherboards for Socket 754 are pretty limited right now but are growing every day and it seems the lines between the budget boards and the high end boards are being drawn already. It appears that Soyo is slipping into the middle ground with this board by providing enough features to overshadow the budget offerings while not affecting the price point.
