Guru of 3D just posted the long awaited Rivatuner from Alexey Nicolaychuk (aka Unwinder) is finally here. In this version the already famous "softmodding" of the Nvidia 6800 GPU is possible in order for the active pipelines & the vertex shaders to be increased.

The ammount of new items done for this update is longer than 3 full A4-sized pages of words. RivaTuner is the most powerful tweaking utility for NVIDIA and ATI display adapters running under Windows 98 / Windows 98 SE / Windows ME / Windows 2000 and Windows XP. The purpose of this utility is to give you access to all the undocumented features of Detonator and Catalyst drivers.
This new build of course supports the new GeForce 6600/6800 and RADEON X800 series in every tweakable way possible.
