Research and Analysis of the best Memory Timings for the nForce2 platform

Just got word from Martin Sikora over at FrazPC, has thrown up his nForce2 timing guide! Here's a snip.
I'm going to test timings of TwinMos's PC3200 DDR RAM. After analyzing timings I would advise You to choose the best timings for nForce2 platform, Ultra 400. Bios of NF7-S (ID 2.1 and 2.2) offers several settings of memory.
We may change timings: Cycle Time (tRAS), Ras to Cas Delay (RCD), Ras Precharge (RP), and Cas Latency (CL). We may set also Clock Speeds (FSB) and ratio CPU/RAM. Every user of PC knows that smaller and aggressive timings with higher FSB (Front Side Bus) leads to higher performance. I am going to prove it. I will test the most popular clock speeds: FSB 133MHz, 166MHz, 200MHz and partly FSB 220. The frequency of CPU were set on 2GHz (FSB133 x15, FSB166 x12, FSB182 x11, FSB200 x10 and FSB220 x9). The best settings of DDR are unknown in order to increase the performance of the nForce2 platform. I am going to examine timings and clock speeds which have the biggest influence on performance. The article contains graphical analysis and my experiences with TwinMos's PC3200 DDR RAM (We may know the limits of this tested memory).
