As we speak, members of id Software and Splash Damage are giving QuakeCon attendees an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Enemy Territory: Quake Wars on our main stage. Earlier today NVIDIA had their usual crazy activities, with this year featuring man-on-man kissing, singing folk, and nerds doing the worm on stage.

I am here. Things to note about Quakecon 2006. -Still no World of Warcraft -Many more gamer geek women at the convention. Probably mostly here with bfs but I heard of a couple that are single. But the female presence is hugely on the rise, for sure. -Currently a 52TB DC++ hub in the BYOC. -Lots of free shit. -Bawls in CANS. that's right, Bawls is introducing the Bawls can in 16oz size. 60% more bawls than the bottles! Tastes mostly the same. It's tolerable. |
