PSP v2.71 Downgraded Released

Posted by: Newsfactory on: 09/01/2006 11:39 PM [ Print | 2 comment(s) ] · 2126 views

Dark_Alex and Mathieulh have released the highly anticipated PSP firmware v2.71 downgrader! A really great achievement by the team, and I'm sure we speak on behalf of the PSP scene when we say thankyou very much!

You can grab the download, discuss the downgrader and give major thanks to the developers in this OFFICIAL release thread! Remember try such software AT YOUR OWN RISK, we will take no responsibility if you brick your PSP with it.

I don't own a PSP, but why would one want to downgrade? What advantages or what does it offer?
