For some time now NVIDIA have ruled the roost when it comes to mid-range graphics boards, offering an excellent price-performance ratio. ATI's latest attempt to snatch this section of the market away from NVIDIA comes courtesy of the Radeon X1650 XT, and today Elite Bastards take a look at PowerColor's board utilising this architecture.
