While the focus last week was on the launch of the R580-based refresh part, the Radeon X1950 XTX, there were also important moves afoot in the low and mid-range of ATI's discrete graphics line-up, with the launch and realignment of several SKUs. Today Elite Bastards look at one such part, courtesy of PowerColor and their Radeon X1650 PRO. This 80nm RV535-based board is all set to go up against NVIDIA's GeForce 7600 GS, so they take a look at how it fares.
