InsideHW.com has posted an article about graphics cards Peak Radeon HD3850 and HD3870.

A quote from the article:

If you are asking yourself, "Who is Peak?" we completely understand you. But, we also want to drive away all your suspicions. Peak is coming from Taiwan and will soon have fifth anniversary. In the past, this manufacturer has been focused on producing memory, mainly flash portable type like USB sticks, memory cards of various types etc. Nowadays, this brand also covers graphic cards with NVIDIA chips and some models with ATI (AMD) R6XX. We have tested two models with R670 chip: Radeon HD3850 and Radeon HD3870, both with 512MB on board memory. PCB of these cards defers from referent model and they are almost identical. We'll start with weaker model, which was a pleasant surprise.".....
