After contacting Microsoft, the author of Bart's PE Builder has been able to prepare a release of PE Builder 3.01 which Microsoft are happy with. The problem lied in copyright issues with two files, setupreg.inf and software.inf which the PE Builder no longer uses.
Bart's PE Builder has been reviewed by Microsoft and given the go ahead. It will be released within the next few days.
Bart's PE Builder helps you build a bootable CD-Rom similar to Microsoft's Windows Preinstallation Environment (WinPE).
PE Builder runs on Windows 2000/XP/2003 only.
