The current release trend for the guide has been every few weeks to a month depending on the discovery of performance enhancing optimizations. All of the recommended utilities release their own updates independent of this guide, if a utillity update requires further evaluation or a clearer or more up to date explanation, then the guide is updated. This is the professional dedication the creator of the guide wishes to pursue. It is at your discression on whether to ignore the updates as you see fit. They are there for those interested and will continue to be. The current inclusion of CWShredder v2.x is very significant in fighting the on going spyware battle.
