Omegadrive Nvidia 1.0.2940 Beta Drivers Windows 2000/XP!

Driversheaven have posted a new Omega driver version: 1.0.2940.
Here's the scoop:The LOD for OpenGL is now more conservative than the one in the first beta round. It will look better than before, with less aliasing and shimmering. As for D3D, no luck yet, no way to adjust the LOD to a perfect setting yet (the drivers will still beta until I figure out how to make the LOD settings work correctly in D3D, if anyone knows - please contact me). BTW-The D3D on this set is NOT finished nor is it really ready for primetime yet, they are definately beta....but the openGL is looking REAL good. |
