Nvidia's 30.30 Driver Will Fix The 3DMark 2001 Bug!

According to the Inquirer Nvidia has now managed to fix the 3DMark 2001 bug that has caused the 3DMark results to be different when splash screens in between tests were enabled or disabled. You can learn more about this bug here.

Apparently, the 30.30 drivers should fix that bug meaning 3DMark results stay the same weather the splash screens are on or off.

It is yet unclear however when the 30.xx drivers might be posted for download on Nvidia's website or by one of their OEM's.

I managed to establish that 30.30 drivers have already been submitted through WHQL process and recently passed it.

This however does not mean that they will be posted by Nvidia soon as it is possible they contain some information about yet to be announced nForce2 or any other chipsets.

Stay tuned though as we will update you when any 30.xx nvidia drivers will become available for download.
