Nvidia Stopping Production Of GeForce 4 Ti 4600

According to Anton of Xbitlabs.com, Nvidia is stopping production of their top-of-the-line Geforce4 Ti 4600 card as it is trying to push its AGP8X cards in market. This report comes in the anticipation of Nvidia announcing NV30 in two to three weeks. So far Geforce 4 Ti 4200 (8x) are the only ones to be available in stores (if this report is true). This report doesn't sound rumour as GeForce4 Ti 4600 doesn't perform well (even though Nvidia has been bombarding (read "leaking") Detonators to push its card close to ATI's 9700. If you go by the review ratio then nothing can beat the popularity of Geforce 4 Ti 4200 as it seems to have hit the sweet spot of price vis-a-vis performance ratio. Personally I think it's priced too heavy for me, and I will always be thinking like that.
