Just spotted this bit of Info at Xbitlabs.com
In the latest Detonator FX 45.33 drivers that address flickering issues of the GeForce FX 5900-series there are identification strings for NVIDIA soon-to-be-released code-named NV38 GPU. Apparently, the official brand name for the part will be the GeForce FX 5950 Ultra.

Credit? No credit is due! ANYBODY can look inside the INF and see this. I saw it myself before any sites mentioned it. Get over yourself already as this isn't some sort of exclusive Chinese secret you saw. |

It was posted at nVNews moron. Xbit Labs never gives credit to anyone. It was almost a 12 hour difference. Don't tell me they noticed it on their own. Beyond3D's WaltC even noticed Xbit Labs and their great "sources" as well. Apparently you haven't been around the block to much... |

Xbit Labs is known for taking other sites images and information and not saying were they got it from and using it as if it was their own. They are notorious for that. |

Damm, I am sick to hear this. Really sick. If I would ask every site to credit us who are using our informations, I would sit the whole day and write one email after another to ask for credit, especially to big business sites. I can remember a lot of stories we published, floating around the whole web and..... ups on 90 % of the sites not credits. Get a life and concentrate yourself on your news and not on other sites if they credited a source or not. Sometimes, in stressful days you maybe forget to credit, especially when you don t know, which site was the original source and not which site used the news as own, as in the case happened. |
