NVIDIA loses a bit of marketshare, ATI gains

Jon Peddie Research released a report on the graphics market in the fourth quarter of 2006. Jon Peddie Research estimates that approximately 83.5 million PC graphics devices shipped from major suppliers in Q4 2006, a surprisingly small 0.9% increase from the prior quarter and a 5.1% increase over the same period the previous year.

Typical market role reversal. Nvidia captures high end and ATI goes low. Similar to Inhell and AMD. Eh, I'm playing Captain Obvious again  |
