The latest beta detonator driver for Windows 9x/ME has hit the web. I guess it was only a matter of time since Win2K/XP driver appeared yesterday.
The driver version is 30.82 and its dated 07/16/2002 and this is a generic release so all Nvidia cards to date are supported. So far there's no word on performance.

I ran 3DMark2001 for the XP drivers, and compared to the 30.30's, the scores were the same! What could have Nvidia been doing for 52 different versions of drivers?! I'd really like to see a changelog for their drivers. |

They could just be bug fixes, or even small updates to opengl or 2d graphics. 0.52 version changes isnt that much, if it was a change in the 1.00's you could expect some sort of big difference. |
