Nullsoft Installation System is a pretty small, efficient, capable installation system for win32.
What's new
major internal changes, much testing required.
Update: fixed invalid opcode on uninstall error.
Update: made RMDir /r safer (checks to make sure valid instpath before recursively deleting)
Added GetCurrentAddress
Made Goto targets +offset and -offset valid.
Made it so that labels can start with a '.' to be global.
Added AllowRootDirInstall switch.
Removed libc.c/libc.h (moved the few remaining things to util.c)
