I saw this @ Neowin and this is what they said:
Well avid SP1 fans, neowin has yet another (please- no medals) scoop for its beautiful readers; microsoft have released built 1060 internally to its own beta testers, and hasn't yet been made public. As ever, theres no real word on whats new, but one makes the presumption of a few bug fixes. But it is already leaked! Click on Read More... for a picture for proof.

It's funny that there's a post by the site owner in the forums entitled "No Warez And CrackZ" posts but on the frontpage we have links to shots of a LEAKED game & now we have more news on another warez related story (which this is what this became the moment you mentioned "it's leaked & I'm downloading now") Make your minds up!!! You can't have it both ways. |

There's quite a big difference in legality between posting cracks or links to warez, than linking to a site with a screenshot of something. |
