timeshift send us the following news:
Realtek has released v6.39 for their RTL8169/8110 Gigabit NIC chipsets dated 27/01/2006 @ Realtek
For some reason 6.69 is only available as the auto install program, the individual OS versions are still 6.35...
Cannot find any revision history either...

errrr, the linked site says 'RTL8169/RTL8169S(B)/RTL8110S(B)', which is not 8139! |

Oops, typo! RTL8169/8110 it should be - title of this being Realtek Gigabit drivers after all
