Realtek have released new Drivers for the RTL8139 (A/B/C/D/8130)/810X series, version 1.30.606 for windows 98/ME/ 2000/XP! Dated 2003/12/24.

Actually those are 2 months old drivers with a setup. |

Yes I thought the same but they do install newer drivers than what is out there as far as .inf files for appropriate Operating Systems... I almost posted comment before you did stating same thing but installed to see if drivers were newer or not and they are but not by much... |
