New nForce 1/2 Audio Driver v2922

I found a new nForce 1/2 audio driver for Windows 2000/XP today on Windows Update Catalog. The driver is WHQL certified and driver files are dated 17/01/03. The driver version is 5.10.2922.0 which makes it the latest available nForce audio driver at the moment. Feel free to download it from Windows Update Catalog but if you can't find it, I mirrored the driver here for now (thanks a lot to David again).

I must warn about usage of this driver over 2918 (released over windowsupdate to public). Certain games have problems while after init of 2D/3D hw sounds and result is constantly generated hi frequency tone. Anyone can confirm this to me (i got it at 3 diff boards). |
