New and interesting AMD coolers

Posted by: Newsfactory on: 12/02/2004 01:20 PM [ Print | 1 comment(s) ] · 2589 views

The winter is almost here, the temperatures are gradually falling, now is the right time for overclock :-) Except the cold weather outside, there are also some interesting new coolers available that deserve our attention. How well will they perform and will they surpass our expectations... well know in a minute.

Here is what we are going to test:
1. Thermalright SKL-900A
2. Thermalright ALX-800
3. Glacialtech Limba 2000 Pro
4. Glacialtech Limba 2000
5. Spire SPA49B0 VertiCool
6. Glacialtech 2520
7. Alpha PEP66 V2
8. AMD BOX cooler

See how well did they all perform

Haha - not in Australia! My 2800+ Barton got to 61 degrees celcius (about 140f) on sustained full load the other day - system temp was at 42!
