New 27.30 Nvidia Beta Drivers Win9x/ME!

Posted by: [NT] on: 02/04/2002 11:35 AM [ Print | 13 comment(s) ] · 1310 views

It appears that it will be Windows 9x/ME users that will get to play with the latest set of nVidia drivers first this time, as opposed to Win2k/XP users when previous 27.xx drivers have leaked.
I've been informed that 27.30 nVidia beta drivers have just appeared on-line for Windows 9x/ME only at this time. The driver is dated 19/01/2002 (19th January 2002), apart from the NVCPL.dll file in the set (the control pannel) - which comes from the 27.20 driver set. Grab the drivers over here.

Why don't they make a beta drivers section on the Nvidia site?
That so called "leaking" happens a bit too often don't you think?

They should just have an unsupported beta section. It would cut back on phony drivers too.

Congratulations! This years ignorance award goes to Mr. Anonymous, the "computer tech" person. May Microsoft hire you, and go bankrupt... ;)
