Gamer's Hell reports that Electronic Arts has released a third patch for Need for Speed Underground, the recent urban racing game by EA Black Box. The patch improves cheat detection functionality, fixes some hardware issues, fixes UG Mode Completion, fixes various stability issues, and more

This patch makes my screen go black when using NOS. A few people have the same issue from the EA forums. |

I want to download the patch for the German version for offline-installation - can someone offer a link for this because I can't find it on the EA-website. Chaos |

ONly thing this patcch is good for s to reinsert the SafeDisc protection again. Not that I condemnt anti-piracy fight, but some of us like to use the No-CD patches (lite-on recorders are wonderful, but have slow acces times), and this of course becomes annoying. |
