CD Freaks.com has an article on the MPEG-4 format. This format was widely promoted at CeBIT, and also Lite-On has now MPEG-4 capable DVD players. The upcoming product Nero Digital from Ahead even promises to be able to store a movie in DVD quality on a CD-R! This is just one of the possibilities of MPEG-4. And there is a lot more.
The article on CD Freaks.com explains easily how MPEG-4 works and why it will become the multi media format of the future. By the way, MP4 has nothing to do with MP3! Read the entire article here.

heh, no... we all know WinMedia is the format of the future. LOL And that actually isn't that bad, to be able to fit a day's worth of video on a dvd at nearly the same quality as mpeg2. As long as ms stays sane with the licensing, of course.. heh |
