The R2D2 case mod sat under a desk, empty for a little while until John decided to try out the still relatively new Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition. Today, part one of a series has been published, which acts as a guide to installing the operating system. The series will go on to explore hardware support and drivers and the performance and application differences between XP x64 and it's 32 bit sibling.
