The following fixes have been addressed since Microsoft VM build 3802 and are included in build 3805: Security fix. Further details are available in the Microsoft Security Bulletin MS02-013. Fixed a bug where the java.io.OutputStreamWriter class would throw a CharConversionException exception with an "OutputBuffer too small" detail string.
