Microsoft To Offer Bounty On Hackers

Microsoft will announce today that it will offer 2 $250.000 bounties for information that leads to the capture of the person/s responsible for the release of the MS Blaster worm and the SoBig virus.
This is the first time that a company has offered money as a means to capture cyber criminals.
It will be announced today at 10 AM EST on a joint press conference with the FBI, US Secret Service and Interpol.

I wonder if the hackers themselves will actually consider what is more worth: A few years in prison or $250,000..  ;)

I'm using the:
