Today HWLogic.com has posted an article showing performance of almost every possible memory timing configuration. They test performance in several benchmarks, along with Half Life 2. If you're wondering what all these timings do, be sure to read this one! You can also discuss this article in the HWLogic forums.

Nice write up.

It looks like 2.5-2-2-10 is a good choice for his mobo, and 1.5-2-2-10 provides only a small increase (at ddr400, ddr500 his timings dont have much effect).

Of course if you have a different system your results may be different as well.
