Out of left field come new patches for Mafia, upgrading last year's third-person mobster action game by Illusion Softworks to version 1.1. There are patches for the English, German and French editions of the game, and this release addresses sound and video card issues, decreases the difficulty of the notorious racing mission, fixes force feedback compatibility, and enhances overall performance. Argh, why did they have to make the racing mission easier. Its one of the easier missions in the game. I completed it on my second attempt only because I rolled it when leading by miles on my first go. They should have added a freeride style racing thing and have a few extra races to do as was suggested there would be in some previews. |
