Besides, the price cuts are ONLY valid in Japan. And the PS3 is a lost cause. The european representant for the PS3 said the other day "PS3 will rock christmas 2007"... 2007!!! Isn't that like ~2 years too late? |

xbox 360 already has a very nice headstart on it, minus some small glitches with hardware failing, micrsoft is gonna offer warrenty. Despite the minor issues the 360 is still a very hot product and has a good variety of games already and some very stellar games to be released this and next year still. The only reason i could see for getting a PS3 would be Unreal Tourny 2007, but even that isnt that great when the 360 is getting a better variant, Gears of War which appears to be alot more fun then the old UT2007 which its style hasnt changed since the first Unreal Tounament so its still same ol same ol. |

Uhhh...Gears of War and UT2007 aren't even the same type of game genre...hell they don't even play the same way. That's not really a fair comparison. Having a headstart doesn't mean much. The Genesis in the US had a 2 year start I believe but the SNES ended up beating it when that generation was over. |
