All Computers Inc. filed a lawsuit today in U.S. federal court alleging that Intel manufactured and sold certain computer products without right or license and that it infringed on patent held by All Computers. All Computers is also seeking that Intel stops manufacture chips that contain or work with All Computers patented circuitry.
