IBM Sues SCO.

Only couple of days ago Redhat announced it is setting fund to sue SCO for it claim regarding theft of UNIX IP in Linux code.
It didnt took long for IBM to follow the fray. "IBM on Thursday filed counterclaims against the SCO Group in the continuing legal battle over the Linux operating system",IBM which is aggresively marketting its products (websphere and others) based on Linux , has profitted more than anybody else from linux.
